Finance and Banking Students Gain Practical Experience at National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Bien Hoa Branch

On the afternoon of September 15, 2025, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at Lac Hong University organized a field trip and practical learning session for 58 students from class 23NH111, majoring in Finance and Banking, at the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) – Bien Hoa Branch (701 Pham Van Thuan, Tam Hiep, Dong Nai Province).

This activity aimed to bridge the gap between theory and practice, enabling Finance and Banking students to update their practical knowledge, access a professional working environment, and gain an authentic perspective on future career opportunities.

During the visit, students were warmly welcomed by NCB representatives, who introduced the bank’s history and operations while providing valuable insights into internship and employment opportunities within the banking sector. The program also featured interactive discussions, where students raised questions about professional skills, operational procedures, and corporate culture, which were directly addressed by the bank’s staff.

Representatives of Lac Hong University extended their gratitude and presented a commemorative gift to NCB – Bien Hoa Branch, demonstrating the strong collaboration and connection between the university and enterprises in training high-quality human resources for the Finance and Banking sector.

The field trip not only offered valuable experiences for Finance and Banking students but also served as an important bridge for students from other disciplines interested in the banking field to acquire practical information and gain clearer career orientations.
