LHU establishes strategic partnership with XCE Power Plant Operation and Management Joint Stock Company

LHU and XCE Power Plant Operation and Management Joint Stock Company on October 19, 2024, signed a MoU, aiming to promote collaborations in technology transfer, human resources development and research projects.

Delegates attending the MoU signing ceremony included Mr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector of LHU, along with representatives of Offices, Centers and lecturers of the Faculty of Mechatronics and Electronics. The XCE Power Plant Operation and Management Joint Stock Company was represented by Mr. Nguyen Ba Tien - General Director and his associates as Heads of Departments.

At the event, the two sides agreed to establish a strategic cooperation framework including:

Technology transfer: XCE Power Plant Operation and Management Joint Stock Company will support LHU by providing advanced technology, helping students access and familiarize themselves with modern equipment and software used for designing transfer devices.

Personnel training: The two sides commit to jointly organizing training, internship, and recruitment programs for students to equip them with essential skills to meet the requirements of the power industry.

Research and development: The two sides promote collaborations on practical application research projects, aimed at advancing technology and operational processes in the energy sector.

Representatives from both sides also highlighted the importance of this collaboration, emphasizing that the connection between education and practice will contribute to improving the quality of human resources and promoting the sustainable development of the energy industry. Following their remarks, both parties gained a clearer perspective on the strategic vision and directions for long-term cooperation.

On this occasion, the two parties signed a technology transfer agreement for 8 solar panel cleaning devices, with a total value of over VND 1.5 billion.
