LHU honored at 1st Dong Nai Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress for 2025-2030 period

On the morning of October 15, 2025, Oustanding Teacher Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Lan, Vice Rector of LHU, represented the University at the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress for the 2025-2030 period and proudly received the province’s prestigious award. The event was organized by the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province at the provoncial Convention and Event Center.

This major political event aimed to review the patriotic emulation movements during the 2020–2025 period, commend and honor exemplary collectives and individuals, and launch new emulation campaigns toward the goal of “Dong Nai - Innovation, Creativity, and Sustainable Development”.

At the event, LHU was honored as one of the collectives awarded the Commemorative Medal by the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee for its excellent achievements in the patriotic emulation movement during the 2020-2025 period. 

The recognition not only marks LHU’s consistent contributions to education and training but also embodies its spirit of dedication, creativity, and innovation, contributing to the sustainable development of Dong Nai Province. Being commended at the Congress is a tremendous source of pride and motivation for the entire LHU community to continue striving forward and spreading the noble values of the patriotic emulation movement in the new phase.

During the 2020-2025 period, LHU has continuously fostered the emulation movement as a core part of its institutional culture. The University has achieved remarkable results in enhancing educational quality, advancing scientific research, promoting innovation, and serving the community. Thanks to these efforts, many of LHU’s collectives and individuals have been recognized and honored by Dong Nai Province and central ministries, affirming the University’s reputation and position in education and social development. 

The 1st Dong Nai Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress has further inspired emulation movements across the province and within LHU itself. Inheriting its tradition of “Knowledge - Creativity - Service”, the University’s faculty, staff, and students remain determined to pursue excellence, promote innovation in teaching, research, and international integration, and contribute to the successful realization of Dong Nai Province’s development goals for the 2025–2030 period.
